In the Spence Lab, Stacy worked with 3D human intestinal organoids, and contributed to 3 original manuscripts (1 first author) (with another first author manuscript submitted), a review article and a book chapter. During her fellowship, STACY WAS SUPPORTED BY THE HARTWELL FOUNDATION AND A MICHR PTSP FELLOWSHIP.
In Stacy's current position, she is a MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST at the WILLIAM DAVIDSON INSTITUTE. IN THIS POSITION, she WILL LEVERAGE HER SCIENTIFIC EXPERTISE TO UNDERSTAND GLOBAL MARKET DYNAMICS AND TO CARRY OUT MARKET ANALYSIS OF GLOBAL HEALTH PRODUCTS THAT ARE RELATED TO THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF MALARIA. THE GOAL OF HER WORK WILL BE TO IDENTIFY FACTORS THAT REDUCE ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES AND TO DEVISE AND MEASURE THE EFFICACY OF STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE ACCESS.
