My research interests primarily lay within exploring how epigenetic mechanisms, such as histone modifications or DNA methylation, are implicated in developmental disorders. At the Spence Lab, I'm currently working with Dr. Kate Walton on learning about how Shh is involved in the formation of mesenchymal clusters that facilitate the formation of intestinal villi and whether Shh signaling in endothelial cells are necessary and/or sufficient in villus formation as well.

Fun Fact: I really enjoy weightlifting and traveling (I've so far visited 9 different countries). Also a massive soccer fan and support FC Barcelona and the USMNT.
